During my semester abroad, I was assigned a self portrait. At this time in my life, I was somewhat unhappy with the work I was making and unsure of where to go next, which is part of the reason why I wanted to study abroad. This piece symbolizes that time. After the semester, I feel like I regained my footing and brought back a fun, illustrative quality to my design that I enjoy but had been missing.
